Purchases

airbrushesdirect.com are an online retailer with an aim to sell all products below RRP. As such, we do not usually have the resources to offer customer phone support. However, we are happy to deal with support issues via e-mail. Most of our items are also available on Ebay, usually at similar prices. Please note that, at the end of an Ebay auction, the sale is not subject to further questions, that item is sold.

Refunds

For items we sell mail order, we will accept refunds within 7 days providing the equipment is faulty. Please note that warranties and liabilities are held with the equipment manufacturer.

Manufacturer guarantees will vary and we will replace undamaged goods within the guarantee period. Returning goods will be at the expense of the customer. Poor maintenance is the most common cause of equipment failure.

Currencies Accepted

airbrushesdirect.com currently accepts British Pounds (GBP) only and payment via cheque, postal order, paypal and bank transfer.

Export and Shipping

Our website has a number of delivery options. Carriage is calculated on invoicing and are either first class recorded, special delivery, Parcelforce or BusinessPost. If there are any additional costs to your shipping bill we will contact you prior to authorising the payment.

As per UK law, if you are purchasing from the EU (outside the UK), we will zero rate VAT if we have your VAT (or equivalent tax) number. Please supply this number on purchase of equipment. If we are not offered your VAT number, we will add the appropriate VAT surcharge to your bill.
